Blessed Sky

Some days are hard.
Tomorrow will be harder for me.
Looking to the sky,
this is what I saw.

I thank You God for most this amazing
day: for the leaping greenly spirits of trees
and a blue true dream of sky; and for everything
which is natural which is infinite which is yes
e.e. cummings

It's good to look up
when life is hard.
It's good to look up
and hopefully be able
to send some
"leaping greenly spirits,
and a blue true dream of sky"
to some very loved friends
who visit here.
It's a blessing to me
to have connected with you.
It's a blessing to me
"which is infinite which is yes".
best, e
and with lots of love and appreciation.

Dear Ellen, I am sending you good thoughts and love through this comment. Your photos are lovely as always and I hope you found strength in the blue skies and green trees.

Sending you love and hugs from here and I hope that they wing their way swiftly over the ocean and the blue skies to cheer you a little on your sad day. xxxx

This post, your words and those beautiful photo clings to my heart strings.

There's a saying in my African-American community that I grew up and with and now often cling to: "Trouble don't last always."

Thinking of you Ellen.

I'm late here - and I do hope that yesterday was not too dreadful (and that today is better).

Does Van Gogh live in Washington? I think he must have painted those clouds into your sky. They are so very beautiful.
