Fantastic photos, it really makes you wonder why we hate weeds so much. A different perspective is called for I think.

My Favourite month, even the weeds look lovely
for some reason we have a host of daisies happy
little flowers so we let them hang around with theColumbine.

These are wonderful! I'm fascinated by grass seed heads - they're so varied and lovely. I never think of them as weeds, to be honest.

What is that gorgeous pink-and-white thing, third from the top? (And is that a hawkweed just below it?)

You rock the nature photography!! It's hard to think of them as weeds through your lens!

Weeds - you know, in danish we call unwanted plants for 'ukrudt', it sounds like some troll or something from a Tolkien book, doesn't it? I like a lot of 'weeds', actually they're often edible, medicine plants or dyeing plants - or all of the above. Pic nr. 10 is good for natural dyeing - yields some kind og brown. The last two pics is a plant I've been looking for. I saw an american blogger writing about it - she dyed a very lovely peach with that one. If you're interested, I'll mail you some more info ... (just in case ;)
