I received my bookmarks and book the other day and was waiting until I had my camera. But I didn't want to wait any longer, so I scanned them this morning. The scan really doesn't do them justice. They are so lovely and the book was, is and always will be a favorite of mine. It's a beautiful story of remembrance, childhood and all things that matter in this world. I've always been a fan of Barbara Cooney's illustrations too. Thank you so much Heather. I will treasure these. Go and check out Heather's blog. She posts some wonderful recipes and has gorgeous children! I also appreciate that she took the time to visit my blog in order to see what I might enjoy in a book. She hit the nail right on the head!
No Sunday stroll this week because of camera problems. I hope to have that solved soon.
Wishing everyone a wonderful week and safe passage through (hopefully not) another storm.
