Gifts From the Garden

***Yellow crookneck squash***
A horrendous and out of control case of cellulitis?
A crippling skin disease?
Abuse of steroids?
Or, late night encounters while unprotected?
Beats me.
Gorgeous week wishes for everyone.

Haha, those are good guesses for how that squash got so bumpy. :) I love the variety of squashes available now, they're so interesting. I hope you're having a good week so far, Ellen. :)

-giggles- Your reasons for this squash's condition... ,-))))

But me-thinks, it is just its happy nature. :-)

Perfect natural source of decoration, for this time of year!

I love this squash! I'm going to be making little needle felt versions and have been thinking about how I can reproduce that wonderful knobbliness - this is inspirational!
